From the Beginning to Today
Our Chidambaram Manavalakkalai Yoga center was established in 1978 by Professor R.S. Nagarajan. Guided by the benevolent service of professors and trustees, as well as the Guru's blessings, the center currently operates excellently, providing immense benefit to the public. For three consecutive years, it has secured awards (2nd or 3rd place) for outstanding performance among the 21 trusts in the Villupuram Zone.
Our Guru, Vethathiri Maharishi, visited Chidambaram four times to deliver lectures and conduct Kaya Kalpa training sessions. Notably, university professors were amazed and full of praise after hearing his lecture on the 'Philosophy of Universal Integration' at the Shastri Hall in Annamalai University.
In 2009, land was purchased in Sivasakthi Nagar, and an 'Arivuthirukoil' (Temple of Wisdom) was constructed to conduct yoga classes. The inauguration ceremony was held on May 27, 2010, by Padma Bhushan S.K.M. Mailanandan Ayya, the President of the World Community Service Centre (WCSC). This was the first Arivuthirukoyil in the entire Villupuram zone.
Service Continuing Across 9 Centers
