Training
Structured practices from Manavalakalai Yoga — from beginner-friendly Kundalini Yoga to advanced meditation and teacher training.
Simplified Kundalini Yoga (Physical Exercise)
A simple physical exercise for the body, without any side effects — suitable for everyone from 8 to 80 years of age.
Kayakalpa Practice
Kayakalpa practice for vitality: live free of disease, stay youthful, delay ageing, postpone death, maintain good physical and mental health, regulate sexual energy, and gain insight into the true nature of reality.
Agathavam and Agathaaivu (Introspection) Practice
Agathavam for mental development — nine types of meditation practices, along with a 3-stage practice for Agathaaivu (self-inquiry).
Brahmagnana Practice
After completing the 3 stages of Agathaaivu practice, the next-level Brahmagnana practice is given at Aliyar.
Arulnidhiyar Practice
Completing the Arulnidhiyar practice qualifies one to become a teacher (Guru). The Maharishi believed he alone could not spread Vethathiriam across the whole world, so he elevated each one of us to the position of Guru. Manavalakalai Yoga is the only yoga where new practitioners who join can become teachers within 6 months.
